Summary:
OASIS DB should read _oasis in an uploaded tarball to guess its package name and version

Detailed description
Currently OASIS DB seems to accept tar balls only with the name <packagename>-<version>.tar.gz (or/and with the directory structure of <packagename>-<version>/).

Currently, with this restriction, I cannot upload the tarball directly from my bitbucket download page to OASIS DB. I have to download it from bitbucket, then rename things by hand, then upload to OASIS DB.

This is not essentially required since OASIS DB could deduce the package name and version from the _oasis file inside the tar ball.

OASIS-DB is deprecated.

I was trying to upload a file from http://bitbucket.org/camlspotter/spotlib/get/tip.tar.gz.
But probably this is due to my misunderstanding of "Public link" thing...

I will try it again when you remove spotlib-1.0.0 from the repository.

This is exactly how it should work. You probably found a bug in this scheme. Could you send me the problematic tarball ?
