Summary:
A memory leak in ml_gl.c

Detailed description
Found this during a large-scale study of C stub sources on OPAM (as part of this initiative: https://github.com/ocaml/ocaml/pull/71).

The "tag_table" memory block in ml_gl.c is never freed.
Please, use "caml_stat_free" to dispose it (as part of some finalization procedure).

On second thought, this isn't really a leak, as it's not possibly cumulative.
