A new version of OCamlDuce, a merger of OCaml and CDuce that extends OCaml with XML types, has been released.

The changes from the previous version (3.11.1.0) are:

- merge with OCaml 3.11.2
- build and install native-code plugin
- build ocamldoc library
- accept also ocaml_cmi_magic_number in objinfo
